New System for Taipei Swing

Hello Taipei Swing Dancers!

Starting in October, Taipei Swing will start operating on a membership basis. Here's how it's going to work:

8.30pm - intermediate class (focusing on 8-count moves)
9.30pm - open dancing

Sundays @ Barbados

7.30pm - beginner class (focusing on 6-count moves)
8.30pm - open dancing

Because we're starting fresh with a new system, both the beginner
class and the intermediate will be open to all (for October only). The
beginner class will begin with 6-count basic, while the intermediate
class will focus on 8-count moves.

Classes will run on 4-week sessions.New students may join in weeks 1
or 2 only. New people who show up on weeks 3 or 4 will be asked to
wait until the beginning of the new session to attend class.

In addition to the classes outline above, Taipei Swing will begin
Tuesday evening practice sessions again in November. These practice
sessions will be free and open to everyone. However, they will be
purely practice sessions - no instruction will be offered.

Pricing

Taipei Swing membership cards will be given to students who sign up
for classes. If you want to only attend the beginner or intermediate
class, you can purchase a 4-class card. If you take both classes or if
you are interested in committing to 2 months of classes, you can
purchase an 8-class card. Likewise, if you're interested in committing
to 3 months of classes, you can purchase a 12-class card. Completely
new students will receive a complimentary 4-class card (drink coupon
not included). Pricing is as follows:

Single class: $300 (drink coupon included) - non-members
4-class card: $1000 (drink coupons included)
8-class card: $1800 (drink coupons included)
12-class card: $2400 (drink coupons included)
